Abstract:
We investigated prevalence of bronchial asthma in children during the period 1973-1992 in Olomouc district. Bronchial asthma was detected in 839 children, which is 1.2% of all children's population. It has risen 4 times since 70ties. 80% of the disorders were detected during 1st-4th year of life.
