Lithium carbonate and methyldopa: apparent interaction in man
Abstract:
An experimental subject with a stable serum level of lithium experienced symptoms of lithium toxicity when he ingested methyldopa. Physicians prescribing either or both of these drugs should be aware of this apparent interaction between lithium and methyldopa.
