Summary

Mild asthma patients exhibit exercise-induced hyperventilation, but it doesn't correlate with exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. Hyperventilation syndrome (HVS) showed significantly higher ventilatory equivalents during exercise compared to controls and asthmatics.
