The reverse redistribution pattern (RRP) in 99Tcm-MIBI myocardial SPET was found in 5.6% of patients with coronary artery disease. This RRP finding is less common than with 201Tl SPET and often occurs with normal coronary arteries, suggesting limited diagnostic value for CAD.
