[Priapism in a 13 year old boy. Caverno-spongiosal anastomosis with a successful result (author's transl)]

Idiopathic priapism is rare and even more so when it affects a pre-pubertal child. The authors study this curious disorders on the basis of one case and show the value of caverno-spongiosal anastomosis, even when carried out late.
