Abstract:
Results of epidemiological investigations were published only recently. The syndrome is particularly seldom diagnosed if the examination program is carried out not carefully enough in the case of patients, who have to be taken into consideration on the basis of different lesions. The syndrome differs from the majority of the hereditary diseases in the possibility of an efficient therapy improving the prognosis decisively.
