[Risks in minimally invasive surgery from the viewpoint of the anesthesiologist]

The author draws attention to the surgical risk during operations of minimal invasive surgery. He mentions anaesthesiological aspects when defining the risk by means of internationally used classification patterns. At the same time he mentions the most important complicating diseases limiting indications of microinvasive operations.
