Summary

Microwave coagulonecrotic therapy (MCT) offers a less invasive alternative for treating hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients with poor liver function. This study shows MCT provides comparable survival rates to traditional surgery with fewer complications and faster recovery.
