  • Cytokeratin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) were negative.
  • Ultrastructural analysis showed abundant cytoplasmic glycogen, desmosome-like junctions, and intermediate filaments.

Implications:

  • Accurate differentiation from other central nervous system clear cell tumors is crucial.
  • Early recognition and appropriate management are vital due to the tumor's potentially aggressive nature.
  • This case contributes to understanding clear cell meningioma in pediatric patients.
