Abstract:
Rhinoplasty is one of the most demanding of all cosmetic procedures. The surgeon has to have a knowledge of facial and nasal esthetics and must work within the framework of the structure of the nose at hand. The total preoperative evaluation of the patient is discussed including the process of consultation and recognition of risk factors. The guidelines that we use to structure our esthetically pleasing nose are discussed.
