Summary

Proximal tibial osteotomy showed functional decline post-surgery in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Despite this, 82% of patients were satisfied and would repeat the procedure for unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis.

  • Retrospective study of 34 men (37 knees) who underwent proximal tibial osteotomy.
  • Functional outcomes assessed using the Tegner and Lysholm system (0-10 scale).
