Abstract:
This short review highlights some areas in which spectroscopic methods have been applied to monitor the structure and stability of both the carbohydrate and protein moieties of polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccines, such as those now in widespread clinical use for protection against Haemophilus influenzae infection.
