Non-Parkinson akinetic-rigid syndromes

We review developments in the study of akinetic-rigid syndromes other than Parkinson's disease within three main categories: recording of new etiologies, advancing knowledge on previously known causes, and studies of Parkinson's disease imitators and clinical and investigational means of accurately distinguishing them from Parkinson's disease.
