Summary

Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) gene polymorphism reveals Finnish population migration after the Ice Age. Frequent HLA haplotypes suggest ancient links to Celtic and other Caucasoid populations, supporting migration from southern Scandinavia and Germany.
