Adult-onset Klippel-Feil syndrome with inaugural neurologic symptoms: two case reports

Two cases of adult-onset Klippel-Feil syndrome with inaugural neurologic manifestations are reported. Increased awareness of this infrequent syndrome would improve the early diagnosis of the potentially fatal or disabling congenital defects associated with Klippel-Feil syndrome.
