    Quadruple chemotherapy for advanced cancer showed limited success, with objective remission in only 4 of 48 patients. This approach did not improve remission rates compared to single agents in this study.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy of quadruple chemotherapy in advanced cancer patients.
    • To compare the remission rates of quadruple chemotherapy with single-agent chemotherapy.
    • To investigate discrepancies with previous findings on combination chemotherapy.

    • Retrospective analysis of 48 patients with advanced cancer.
    • Treatment administered via quadruple chemotherapy regimen.
    • Objective and equivocal remission rates were assessed.
