Single incision, endoscopically assisted nephroureterectomy for tumours of the upper urinary tract

In five patients undergoing nephroureterectomy for urothelial tumour of the upper urinary tract, the lower end of the ureter was resected by resectoscope (rip and pluck procedure). We recommend this technique for common use, since it is safe and time-saving.
