Ulnar artery thrombosis. Evaluation and indications for operative treatment and surgical technique

The purpose of this article is to review the pathophysiology, signs and symptoms, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment of ulnar artery thrombosis. An illustrative case report is presented. Our objective is to demonstrate the efficacy of cold stress testing in determining whether vascular reconstruction is indicated.
