[The AIDS patient, AIDS, the general practitioner]

Abstract:
Six shorts case records, observed in an urban first line medical practice, show the very large range of AIDS, the variety of the typology of the patients and the difficulties of the clinical presentations. The G.P.'s have to be sensibilized to these multiple problems of the pandemic. A regular exchange with all the other professionals must be organized. We try an historical and thematic analysis and we propose a model of the variables to be thought of at the moment of the consultation.
