Summary

Radiation therapy (RT) and chemotherapy (CT) combined with surgery offer excellent local control for synchronous bilateral Wilms Tumor (WT). Three-drug chemotherapy with RT significantly improves outcomes, demonstrating that renal conservation is viable for treating this condition.
