Abstract:
The paper presents some factors which influence the dioptric power calculation of IOL. The biometry was done at 5417 patients with cataracts. The results show that is possible to obtain a postoperative correction between +/- 1 D if all the measurements are well done and the surgeon has an impeccable technique.
