[The forensic medical possibilities for reconstructing the circumstances of a hanging]

The author proposes a complex of measures which help recreate the circumstances of hanging on the basis of forensic medical data. These measures include (1) participation of a forensic medic in the inquest experiment and (2) in a repeated examination of the site of hanging, (3) morphological analysis of autopsy results, (4) use of laboratory findings, (5) comparative analysis of photographs, and (6) repeated expert evaluations.
