Abstract:
The case of a patient operated upon for Morgagni's hernia, diagnosed through radiological examination and confirmed by a CT examination of the thorax is presented. Right thoracotomy was performed and Morgagni's hernia containing preperitoneal fatty tissue was found. Corrective plastic was carried out with good result.
