[Combination of aneurysm and primary echinococcosis of the brain]

Aneurysm of the supraclinoid portion of the left internal carotid artery with rupture of its wall and a primary calcified echinococcus of the left frontal wall were discovered in a patient who had a history of general epileptic seizures. Death occurred from massive subarachnoid hemorrhage due to rupture of the aneurysm.
