[Company obligations in matters of occupational hazard prevention]

Using the conceptualization of the Prevention of Occupational Hazards Act as a basis, an analysis is carried out of company responsibilities in the question of preventing such hazards and in the development of the employment contract. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on terminology difficulties with respect to concepts, legal matters and materials, in the application of the Act.
