    Background:

    • To evaluate the utility of serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) testing in children under six.
    • To assess the correlation of serum IgE levels with clinical factors in pediatric allergy patients.

    • Retrospective analysis of pediatric allergy patients under six years of age.
    • Evaluation of serum IgE levels alongside age, symptoms, nasal eosinophilia, skin test results, and family history.

    • Elevated serum IgE levels showed significant correlation with patient age, nasal eosinophilia, and the number of positive skin tests.
