Abstract:
Seizure is often the first manifestation of a central nervous system tumor; such tumors are often responsible for pharmacologically refractory seizures. The treatment of tumor-associated epilepsy should, on one hand, follow sound neuro-oncological principles and, on the other hand, control the epilepsy.
