Selective follicular reduction: what to do with the oocytes?

Selective follicular reduction in non-IVF cycles yielded few benefits for in vitro fertilization (IVF) or cryopreservation. Pregnancy rates were low, and embryo quality was poor, questioning the utility of this approach.
