Summary

This study introduces a novel statistical method for evaluating Brain Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) images using technetium-99m ethylcysteinate dimer (99mTc-ECD). The developed statistical map aids in the clinical diagnosis of brain SPECT studies.
