Summary

Ocular blood flow is altered in both primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and normal pressure glaucoma (NPG). Patients with POAG showed increased resistance in the ophthalmic artery, while both POAG and NPG exhibited changes in central retinal artery blood flow.
