[Treatment of skin lesions with Katogel]

The author analyses a series of 41 heterogeneous skin lesions treated with Katogel for a period ranging between 3 and 6 months. The wounds were divided into two broad groups: acute and chronic, and the latter were then analysed according to pathological category. This dressing showed excellent local performance, although it did not detract from the importance of general treatment, together with good tolerance, ease of use and comfort.
