Storage pool disease in chronic lymphocytic leukemia: abnormal aggregation and secretion without bleeding

This study reports a rare case of storage pool disease in a patient with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Despite absent platelet dense granules and impaired aggregation, the patient maintained normal platelet force development, challenging existing theories.
