An allelic isozyme of mouse PGK-2 with low activity

Two allelic isozymes of PGK-2, the testicular form of phosphoglycerate kinase, have been described previously in mice. Evidence is now presented for a third allelic isozyme, which is negatively charged and which exhibits much less enzyme activity than the other two.
