Northern nurses' flourishing crossborder partnerships

At its last meeting in September 1996 the Northern Nurses' Federation (NNF) was encouraged to bring its members' cooperation projects up to date, to reflect on their coordination efforts to help associations in need since the 1980s and to provide examples of their partnerships. NNF members comprise the Danish Nurses Organization (DNO), the Finnish Federation of Nurses (FFN), the Icelandic Nurses Association (INA), the Norwegian Nurses Association (NNA) and the Swedish Association of Health Officers (SHSTF). Below, a look at the projects, their focus and results achieved so far.
