Ultrasonography effectively identifies bladder abnormalities in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients, signaling potential upper urinary tract damage. This imaging technique aids in early detection of urologic complications, improving patient outcomes.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the sensitivity of ultrasonography in detecting bladder wall abnormalities indicative of upper urinary tract involvement in MS patients.
  • To correlate ultrasonographic findings with urodynamic assessments.
