Abstract:
GAN tumors are rare and their diagnosis and distinction from other gastrointestinal stromal tumors is based on electron microscopy findings. Although no specific distinctive diagnostic imaging features are seen, this diagnosis should be considered when a large solid mass adjacent to a bowel loop shows the presence of air.
