Abstract:
Rebuilding of the alveolar ridge is part of oral rehabilitation for the postoperative cancer patient. Consideration should be given to immediate or delayed reconstruction, the use of fixed or removable prostheses, and most importantly the patient's prognosis and expected outcome.
