Summary
Preoperative prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels strongly correlate with lymph node positivity in prostate cancer patients undergoing ileo-obturator node dissection. Elevated PSA, especially above 50 ng/ml, indicates a higher likelihood of positive nodes.
