The nurse's role in creating "youth friendly" health services

"Healthy Young People Equals a Brighter Tomorrow" is the theme of International Nurses' Day 1997, which nurses worldwide will be celebrating not only on May 12, Florence Nightingale's birthday, but throughout the month or even longer. As a reminder to continue to promote young people's health, in coming issues INR will show how nurses, national nurses' associations (NNAs), groups and organizations are actively working to get the health message across to young people.
