[Factors determining treatment effectiveness in localized stomach cancer]

The report deals with the data on the results of radical combination surgery in 315 patients with stomach tumors T3 and T4. Extensive and combination surgery coupled with a well-balanced surgical, anasthesiological and medicinal therapy proved the only effective method of managing localized cancer of the stomach.
