Replicon number and growth rate in fathead minnow cells cultured at 14 and 34 degrees C

DNA fiber autoradiography was performed on cells of the fathead minnow cultured at 14 and 34 degrees C. Replicon growth rates were found to be about twice as fast at the higher temperature, but there was no appreciable difference in the number of replicons.
