Primitive neuroectodermal tumors arising in testicular germ cell neoplasms

Primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNETs) in young men with germ cell tumors (GCTs) are often fatal when found outside the testis. Neuroblastomatous PNETs may offer a slightly better prognosis in these cases.
