Abstract:
Lymphoma of the appendix is exceptionally rare and the management of this condition is still controversial. A multimodality approach (surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy) is the optimal treatment. The Authors report a case of lymphoma of the appendix treated by right hemicolectomy and postoperative multiagent chemotherapy.
