Abstract:
A sociologic survey was carried out in one of the large multi-profile hospitals of St. Petersburg. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed. The questionnaire included twenty signs by which the respondents assessed the quality of medical care and expressed their opinion on how it may be improved.
