Retrograde ejaculation after retroperitoneal lower lumbar interbody fusion

Summary
Retrograde ejaculation is a rare complication following anterior lumbar fusion surgery. Despite this sexual dysfunction, patients reported no negative impact on overall functional outcomes in long-term studies.
