[Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn of the uterus--case report]

A rare case of pregnancy in rudimentary horn is presented. As the result of rupture of the horn in 12th week of pregnancy, the horn had to be resected with the fallopian tube. Two years later the patient was pregnant again and delivered in time by natural labour.
