  • To assess its safety as an alternative for renal artery revascularization in complex cases.

  • Retrospective review of a single institution's 10-year experience.
  • Analysis of 27 supraceliac aortorenal bypass procedures in 17 patients with ARAD.
  • Utilized autologous vein grafts in 96% of cases.

  • No operative deaths or early graft occlusions were observed.
  • Five-year primary and assisted primary patency rates were 95% and 100%, respectively.
