For the last five years still broader use of computers has been observed in Poland. That involves a large number of different health problems. In many European countries work ability in persons working with video display units has been regularly certified. The questionnaire for target interview proposed as a supplement to the record of prophylactic examinations in this occupational group can be helpful in evaluating working conditions.
