Abstract:
Contribution of one case report of closed penial traumatism, in upright penis during intercourse which, apart from affectation of the albuginea of the cavernous bodies, resulted in fracture of Buck's fascia and was treated in a conservative manner. When the fascia is compromised, the picture presents specific clinical characteristics.
