Summary

Successful pregnancy is linked to Th2 immunity, while unsuccessful pregnancy involves Th1 immunity. Shifting towards Th1 immunity may help resolve unexplained pregnancy failures by targeting Th1-type cytokines that mediate pregnancy loss.
